Charter
Oak performs design, construction administration and funding application
services for municipal and private water system improvements. In a
Utah project recently completed, Charter Oak managed the design of more
than ten miles of irrigation pipelines. Those pipelines have been
constructed and are operational. In addition to designing the
system, Charter Oak provided construction inspection, administration and
facility start-up services.
